How Sprints Work
Ideate
During Ideation, talented minds come together to brainstorm innovative ideas, uncover real-world problems and explore potential solutions. They should emerge with a clear thesis on significant issues, specific ways to address them, market impact and tech feasibility.
Validate
Validation is about connecting with key stakeholders in the identified problem space. They refine their offering and value proposition, ensuring there's both a viable MVP and appetite. This provides a clear route to implementation, validating impact and feasibility.
Build
In the Build phase, it's all about execution. Form a team, and buckle down in our workspace to bring the idea to life. Teams iterate continuously with stakeholders to ensure every feature addresses a real need. End up with a tailored project, ready for real-world implementation.
